About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional ADR Driver to join our growing transport team. This is a flexible role offering a mixture of day and night shifts, ideal for drivers looking for varied working patterns.
You will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and timely transportation of hazardous goods, ensuring all deliveries are completed to the highest safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport ADR-regulated goods to customer locations
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Ensure full compliance with ADR, DVSA, and company regulations
- Complete all relevant paperwork and digital records accurately
- Maintain excellent communication with transport office and customers
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Represent the company professionally
Requirements
Essential:
- Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence
- Valid ADR Certificate
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of driver hours and regulations
- Flexible approach to working days and nights
Desirable:
- Previous ADR driving experience
- Tanker experience (if applicable)
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
